This plan did more than just save the business. It rebuilt it into a more profitable and smarter company. By carefully fixing how we spent money on ads and focusing on natural sales growth during this period, we turned a scary situation into the brand's best year ever.

57.6% Yearly Growth: Total sales for the September to November period rose from $136,370 in 2024 to over $214,870 in 2025.

Market Success: The brand had four record-breaking weeks in a row in its main market. It reached a new monthly high of $47,000 in sales.

Better Efficiency: Even though the brand grew quickly, the cost of advertising actually went down by 3.2%. At the same time, organic sales increased by 65.9%.

Future Goals: After this 2025 peak, the business is now on track to reach about $859,000 in yearly revenue with almost $193,000 in yearly profit.

This case study shows how we moved from a defensive plan in September to a winning offensive plan by November. This change saved the brand and helped it succeed in the global market.

Before expanding into a new international market, we faced trademark issues. These issues affected our listings in the UK, which led to a drop in sales. Because of this, we shifted our focus from fast growth to profitability to protect the business.

We worked through this challenge while continuing to grow the business. We reduced the impact on sales, kept the US market strong and profitable, and improved efficiency in the UK market.

September – Fixing Problems and Saving Profit

The work completed in September created a strong foundation for recovery and long-term profitability in both marketplaces.

In the US, the focus was on improving performance. We increased ad spend on one main product and focused on keywords that were already performing well. We updated Sponsored Brands ads to highlight the new product and tested sending Sponsored Brands traffic to the brand store. We also launched targeted Brand Promotions. To improve efficiency, we paused ads that were not profitable and moved the budget to lower-cost ads with strong ACoS.

In the UK, the main goal was to reduce risk and stabilize profits. We launched remarketing campaigns using Sponsored Display Purchase ads for the new product. We increased spend on profitable targets, lowered bids on ads for a product that was already ranking well organically, and adjusted target ACoS across campaigns.

The results of this focused approach showed quickly. While total UK sales were lower compared to last year, overall profit remained stable. This was achieved by reducing ad spend and focusing on high-performing targets. As a result, TACoS dropped from 15% to 10%, showing that profitability and long-term growth were prioritized over short-term sales.

October: Getting Sales Back and Staying Smart

In October, the US set a goal to increase sales by 20% and achieved 19% of that target. The recovery plan focused on launching video ads for a key product and making sure top-performing keywords appeared in Top of Search placements. We closely monitored organic rankings and launched Sponsored Display retargeting campaigns. We also ran a Brand Promotion and updated the title and images for a third product. Throughout the month, we continued to cut inefficient ad spend and focused budgets on the most effective campaigns to drive profitable growth.

In the UK, the goals were to increase profit by 20% for the main refill product and reach £2,500 in sales for the new product. Both targets were fully achieved. With earlier listing issues resolved, sales began to return to normal. To support organic growth, average daily ad spend was reduced from £73 to £50, with most spend focused on Exact Match keywords. Key search terms remained highly visible, and performance metrics such as TACoS, ACoS, and profit were reviewed weekly. Bids were adjusted daily to maintain strong profitability.

November was a strong month, with both the US and UK reaching their sales targets. In the US, we achieved several product-level goals. A core product and its variations saw strong sales growth, and another key product returned to profitability. This led to four record weeks in a row and the highest monthly sales to date, reaching $47k.

In the UK, sales for one product recovered to £5,000, and sales of the new product increased by 20%. The marketplace recorded two record weeks and its highest monthly sales on record.

Across both markets, our strategy focused on keeping top-performing products highly visible. We tested audience targeting, launched retargeting ads, and closely monitored organic rankings. We also ran a Brand Promotion, launched a video ad for the main consumable product, and made daily bid adjustments to support steady and profitable growth.

Over a four-week period, we ran an A/B test on the main product image to improve listing performance. The goal was to make the image clearer by removing distracting background elements and keeping the product as the main focus. We compared the original Version A with a cleaner, optimized Version B.

These results are a combined amount of both the UK & US marketplaces.

We used a clear, data-based approach to improve the client’s results. The work led to record performance and helped create long-term stability. By improving campaigns, controlling budgets, and tightening targeting, we increased sales and profit while building a strong base for future growth.

 June – Building the Foundation
 In June, the goal was a 36% year-over-year sales increase, aiming to grow from $175K to $238K. While we achieved 71% of this target, the groundwork laid during this month created essential momentum. We launched new Sponsored Brands campaigns, optimized bids based on Brand Analytics insights, and scaled up low-ACoS performers. At the same time, we improved efficiency by reducing spend on non-profitable targets and negating irrelevant search terms. These adjustments sharpened campaign performance and prepared the brand for stronger results in the months ahead.

July – Precision and Expansion
 In July, the target was again a 36% year-over-year increase, from $186K to $252K. This time, we exceeded expectations, reaching 102% of goal. Success came from a mix of precision optimization and controlled expansion. We introduced Brand Tailored Promotions for added visibility, tested fresh creatives, and expanded Sponsored Products category targeting. Meanwhile, bids were adjusted to maximize impression and click share for high-potential keywords. Non-performing terms were scaled back, ensuring profitability stayed intact while growth accelerated.

August – Record-Breaking Performance
 August’s goal was a 25% increase year-over-year, from $212K to $260K. We surpassed this by a wide margin, generating $310K in sales—118% of target and the brand’s third all-time record this year. Key actions included running a detailed Brand Analytics comparison to uncover new keyword opportunities, refining product targets, and conducting competitor research for sharper positioning. We also boosted organic visibility on lower-ranking keywords for long-term traction.

 Over a 4-week period, we carried out a split test on the main product image. Our winning version (Version A) outperformed the previous (Version B), driving an additional $450 in sales and 4 more units sold (53 vs. 49). While conversion rate remained consistent, the higher sales volume demonstrated how creative optimization can directly improve performance. 

This reinforced the importance of continuously testing visuals to maximize results. Efficiency remained central: spend was cut on wasteful targets, while high-performing areas received more support. The result was a record-breaking month that reinforced the momentum built in June and July.

Comparing the three months prior to our partnership with June–August, the impact is clear:

We carried out a full content audit across the listing to evaluate creative execution, SEO potential, and overall brand presentation.

The product title was functional but lacked depth in keyword targeting, presenting an opportunity to improve organic visibility with more strategic optimisation. The main image had a clean layout but could benefit from additional visual elements to help it stand out more effectively in search results.

Within the image stack, the content was generally strong, but the sequence lacked a logical flow. One of the early images felt out of place, and we identified an opportunity to reorganise the visuals to better guide the customer journey by placing key benefits earlier and aligning the structure with how users typically browse. Another clear gap was the limited use of lifestyle imagery. Most visuals were feature-focused, with little content showing the product in real-world use, which limited opportunities to build trust and emotional connection.

The listing was using standard A+ Content, which limited the depth of storytelling and user engagement. The Brand Story section, although visually clean, did not showcase any flagship products or reinforce brand identity. Additionally, the listing had no Q&A section and limited product usage details, reducing its ability to pre-emptively answer customer concerns.

On the positive side, the overall storytelling and USPs were clearly defined, and the Storefront was well-structured and visually consistent. However, from an SEO perspective, the listing underperformed relative to competitors, signalling room for improved keyword strategy and content structure.

Based on the audit, we focused the first stage of optimisation on the Brand Story and A+ Content, aiming to improve engagement and conversion rate through better visual storytelling.

We upgraded the listing to A+ Premium, unlocking access to advanced modules and layout features. This allowed us to present the product in a more structured, compelling way while elevating the overall visual experience. Alongside this, we refined the Brand Story section, highlighting hero products and strengthening brand identity across the listing.

One of the most impactful changes was the addition of a comparison chart, a module that helped customers clearly understand how the product stacks up against alternatives. We also enhanced the layout design to improve flow, hierarchy, and visual clarity across content blocks.

January: A Challenging Start with Supply Issues

January 2025 set an ambitious tone for the year, with a goal of increasing sales by 35%, growing from $25,300 to $31,600. However, only 56% of the target was achieved. A major challenge in the first half of the month was an out-of-stock issue on a key product that had accounted for 43% of December's total sales heavily impacting early performance. Despite this, strategic actions were implemented to strengthen long-term momentum. These included detailed competitor analysis, reducing spend on high ACoS and irrelevant targets, and gradually increasing bids on campaigns with low impressions. Sponsored Brands (SB) ads featuring lifestyle imagery were tested to improve CTR, and top-converting organic keywords were optimized. Our Uniques process was applied to identify differentiators and refine keyword targeting. Underperforming targets were cut to allow more investment in proven performers, laying the groundwork for improved results in the months ahead.

February: Momentum Builds with Full Stock Availability

With full stock restored, February's focus was to reach $31,000 in sales while maintaining a TACoS of 15% or lower. The account gained traction and achieved 85% of the sales target. A major push involved launching new Sponsored Products (SP) campaigns using the Uniques framework to refine targeting. Bids were gradually increased on low-impression campaigns, while performing and profitable targets saw more aggressive scaling. Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display (SD) remarketing ads were expanded to boost visibility and re-engage potential customers. The overall approach centered on scaling efficient performers to move closer to profitability targets while holding ACoTS steady.

March: Strategic Adjustments Despite Setbacks

In March, the focus was on laying the groundwork for long-term growth by expanding reach and diversifying targeting strategies. Sponsored Brands Video (SBV) ads were optimized and scaled to increase engagement and visibility. New campaigns were launched targeting keywords where the brand was already ranking in the top 10–15 organically, strengthening presence on proven terms. Product targeting ads were introduced to capture relevant traffic across complementary ASINs, while Sponsored Display (SD) remarketing was expanded to re-engage potential customers. Bid adjustments continued, with increased investment directed toward profitable, high-performing targets. While March was a foundational month in terms of growth, the strategies deployed set up the account for stronger results heading into Q2.

April: Targeted Profit Focus for a Key Product

In April, attention shifted to profitability with a specific goal: increase profit for one of our key products from $2,400 to $3,000. The target was surpassed, with 103% of the goal achieved. This outcome was driven by a multi-pronged approach, beginning with a brand analysis to refine positioning and ad messaging. Bids were increased on high-performing targets, and profitable Sponsored Brands placements were scaled. Sponsored Display remarketing was further optimized, while listing content was reviewed and improved. Competitor insights and focused content updates helped enhance SEO, CTR, and CVR. This product-specific strategy allowed us to drive more efficient, profitable growth while maintaining control over ACoTS.

In May, the objective was to grow sales from $26,000 to $30,000 while keeping TACoS below 13%. Not only did the brand achieve 75% of that target, but the month also marked a major milestone, delivering our highest-ever monthly sales and recording the strongest weekly sales performance to date. A key focus was preparing for the scaling of a high-potential variation, with advertising strategies mapped out in anticipation of separating it from its parent listing. Competitor analysis guided both listing improvements and campaign optimizations, while budget was reallocated to top-performing Sponsored Products (SP) and Sponsored Brands (SB) campaigns. These efforts were reinforced by Sponsored Display remarketing and listing reviews focused on accuracy and conversion potential. Altogether, May was a turning point in momentum, laying the groundwork for more aggressive and profitable scaling moving into Q3.

June: Pushing Growth While Expanding Reach

June’s goal is to drive a 10% month-over-month sales increase from an estimated $29.8K to $32.7K while maintaining a TACoS at or below 15%. Current efforts are focused on scaling a variation of a top-performing product, with increased investment to improve visibility and conversions. Sponsored Brands (SB) ad bids are being raised to boost top-of-search visibility, and market basket analysis is being conducted to identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities. The team is also exploring new campaign launches across all ad types to broaden reach. Additional budget is being allocated to top competitor ASINs to capture incremental market share. The ongoing focus remains on scaling what’s working, maintaining profitability, and improving ad efficiency through a lower ACoTS.

As we entered 2025, our goal was clear: grow aggressively while improving profitability. Six months in, we’ve not only driven consistent month-on-month growth but also hit new milestones—including our highest-ever monthly sales in May and record-breaking weekly performance. This case study breaks down the journey so far, highlighting the strategic shifts and actions that created real momentum.

Laying the Foundation (January–February)

The year began with full inventory availability, giving us the green light to push hard from day one. Our January goal was ambitious: a 25% increase in revenue, targeting £28.2k. We launched with aggressive Sponsored Product campaigns, introducing SP Uniques for newly differentiated ASINs and gradually increasing bids on underexposed campaigns. We also deployed Brand Tailored Promotions to boost visibility on slower-moving SKUs.

In February, we turned our attention to data. The Search Term Report (STR) became our core tool to refine keyword targeting, revealing the highest-converting and most profitable search terms. This insight allowed us to scale what worked and cut what didn’t. We expanded our reach by rolling out Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Display campaigns, while managing bids more surgically to avoid wasted spend.

The result: February sales matched January at £28,000, confirming that our foundations were solid. We were no longer just selling, we were scaling smart.

Strategic Scaling & Optimization (March–April)

March was a pivotal month. We aimed for a 35% MoM increase and, while the target wasn't hit exactly, the growth remained strong. The STR continued to drive decision-making, guiding our Sponsored Product scaling and remarketing efforts. Sponsored Display remarketing on top-selling SKUs became a consistent driver of repeat visibility.

Campaign efficiency became a stronger focus. We started cutting any targets with ACoS above thresholds, while continuing to scale profitable ones. Brand Tailored Promotions helped reinforce brand positioning, especially around high-converting search terms. By targeting high-intent audiences, such as repeat customers and brand followers, these promotions added value at the final decision-making stage. This not only improved conversion rates on competitive terms but also strengthened brand recall and loyalty, giving our listings a greater edge against the competition

April marked a strategic pivot toward profitability. With a revenue target of £37,950, we also aimed to reduce TACoS from 17% to 13%. We placed tighter controls on budgets, enforced stronger bid discipline, and scaled only the most efficient terms from the STR. This tighter focus paid off: we began seeing our highest weekly sales to date, driven by a mix of ad performance and stronger organic visibility.

In May, everything clicked. We surpassed £42,000 in sales—our highest monthly revenue ever—while continuing to keep advertising costs in check. Key moves included adjusting our target ACoS down to 25%, introducing advertising for FBM products when FBA stock was unavailable, and updating CoGS tracking to maintain clear profitability reporting.

We also leaned into our earlier STR learnings, doubling down on profitable keywords and further trimming waste from campaigns. By this stage, the compounding effect of our strategy was clear: stronger organic ranking, better margin control, and cleaner, more scalable ad performance.

Looking ahead to June, the focus is on sustaining this upward trajectory. The plan is to push for a 10% MoM increase in sales, refine daily ad spend control, and enforce even tighter ACoS thresholds. With a more robust campaign structure and clearer visibility into what drives returns, we’re positioned to build further on the momentum created in Q1/Q2.

Our primary objective was to achieve a 12% year-over-year sales increase, growing from $197K to $220K. Surpassing this goal, we hit 113% of our target and achieved another record month at $247K in sales. STR analysis once again helped us pinpoint high-performing targets with strong ACoS but lower organic rankings, leading to bid increases for enhanced visibility. While continuing to scale our most successful campaigns, we also focused on efficiency improvements—reducing bids on non-converting keywords, gradually decreasing spend on high organic ranking search terms, and eliminating wasteful ad spend on underperforming targets. These back-to-back record-breaking months were a direct result of our long-term strategy, continuous refinement, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout these two months, we also achieved multiple weekly sales records, further contributing to this success and setting a strong foundation for even greater growth in the months ahead.

By analyzing the last three months in comparison to the three months prior to our partnership, we saw a substantial increase in key performance metrics. Total sales grew by 47.1%, reaching $675,677.11, while estimated profits increased by 22.0%.

Through our expert management and data-driven strategy, we have made a significant difference in the client’s business, delivering record-breaking results while ensuring long-term stability. Building a sustainable, long-term growth strategy takes careful planning and consistent execution. Over the past year, we’ve focused on refining our approach to advertising, optimizing campaigns, and fine-tuning our strategies to not just achieve short-term wins but to set ourselves up for lasting success. This case study highlights how we were able to drive consistent growth, improve ad efficiency, and reach new milestones month after month, all while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and long-term results.

In November 2024, our main focus was optimizing our ad strategy ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) to maximize sales while keeping ACoS under control. We started by cutting spend on irrelevant search terms and high ACoS targets to free up the budget for high-potential keywords. At the same time, we gradually increased bids on campaigns with low impressions to give them more visibility and a better chance of converting. To make our ads more engaging, we ran Sponsored Brands ad testing with lifestyle images, aiming to improve click-through rates.

Since BFCM is one of the biggest shopping events of the year, we needed to be strategic. We focused on converting relevant and long-tail keywords, which typically have lower competition and higher conversion rates. Additionally, we reviewed Search Term Reports (STR) and launched unique campaigns for top-selling products, ensuring that our best performers got the visibility they needed. We also ran brand-tailored promotions, tracked organic rankings, and cut non-performing targets to improve overall efficiency.

In December 2024, we built on the momentum from BFCM and focused on sustaining strong sales while refining our ad strategy. Since some products gained traction during BFCM, we reviewed STR to identify which ones had the most potential for continued growth and launched targeted campaigns accordingly. We also continued bid optimization by increasing bids on campaigns with low impressions and refining keyword strategies to maximize conversions.

To further improve performance, we optimized organic rankings for top-converting terms. Strong organic rankings reduce the need for aggressive ad spend, which helps keep ACoS in check. Additionally, we cut spend on irrelevant and high ACoS targets to reallocate the budget to high-performing keywords. Brand-tailored promotions, organic rank tracking, and continuous campaign reviews ensured we stayed on track with our sales and ACoS targets.

By January 2025, we shifted gears to capitalize on post-holiday shopping trends and maintain the growth we had built in the previous months. One of the biggest additions this month was setting up coupons, which encouraged conversions by giving customers an extra incentive to buy. We also continued increasing bids on low-impression campaigns, ensuring they gained more visibility, and ran additional SB ad testing with lifestyle images to further improve click-through rates.

Organic ranking optimization remained a priority, as stronger search visibility means we don’t have to rely as heavily on paid ads. As in previous months, we cut non-performing targets and increased focus on high-performing ones to improve efficiency and profitability. These strategies paid off, and by the end of January, we had successfully reached 96% of our sales target while keeping ACoS under control.

This success in recent months has been the culmination of a year of hard work and strategic growth. Over the past 12 months, we have steadily scaled the business, achieving a 50% year-over-year increase in sales. What once ranged between €45,000-€50,000 in monthly sales has now consistently surpassed €70,000+ for the last five months. January marked a record-breaking month at €76,000, a testament to the optimizations and strategies we have put in place.

This momentum has carried into February, with the first week alone setting a new record at €19,200 in sales. On average, we have increased monthly sales by 36% and orders by 42%, demonstrating not just higher revenue but also a growing customer base. Alongside this success, we are in the midst of expanding into a new marketplace, which will take the business to even greater levels. With strategic planning and execution, we are setting our sights on achieving consistent €100,000 months in the near future. 

Our long-term partnership with this brand has been a journey of continuous improvement, strategic optimizations, and sustained growth. Over the past year, our efforts in refining ad strategies, improving efficiency, and maximizing profitability have built a strong foundation that goes beyond short-term success. A+ Content Enhancements Driving a 3x Increase in CVR

To enhance the product’s appeal and overall user experience, we implemented several key updates in our A+ Content. These changes focused on improving the layout by adding pops of color and creating a cohesive, visually pleasing design. The updated layout was aimed at drawing more attention to the product and making the listing easier to navigate for potential customers. Additionally, the new design elements were intended to create a more professional and polished presentation, setting the product apart from competitors.

Another significant improvement was the strategic highlighting of the product’s key benefits. By clearly showcasing the advantages and unique features, we aimed to better communicate the product’s value to shoppers. This approach was expected to strengthen the product’s appeal and encourage more users to convert by providing them with a clearer understanding of what they would gain from the purchase.

The split test results showed that these updates led to a 2.73% improvement in conversion rate, increasing from 1.26% in Version B to 3.99% in Version A. Additionally, units sold in Version A rose to 11 compared to just 3 in Version B, resulting in a difference of 8 units. The improved performance translated into a $377 increase in total sales, with Version A generating $520 compared to $142 in Version B. These results demonstrate how design and benefit-focused messaging can effectively enhance product visibility and drive better sales outcomes.

These results reflect the significant effort we put into perfecting our A+ Content. It took numerous attempts, revisions, and a relentless drive to deliver meaningful, result-driven improvements. Marcos recognized that there was significant potential for growth, but was facing challenges in fully achieving the results they wanted. However, managing multiple marketplaces proved challenging due to limited time and bandwidth. Running ads effectively was a major pain point, as they lacked the time and support to dedicate 3-4 hours daily to PPC campaigns amidst family obligations and interruptions. Despite having a medium-level understanding of PPC and learning to run ads independently, they struggled to achieve the desired results and found it difficult to accelerate their business growth. Additionally, their content, including A+ pages and brand storytelling, needed updates, and product images required improvement to remain competitive. Before partnering with us, his monthly ACoS was averaging around 56%. Upon auditing the account, we identified significant wasted spend. Using our campaign management processes and applying negative keywords, we eliminated non-performing targets and optimized his campaigns, significantly reducing our wasted spend. This resulted in a steady decline in ACoS, with their monthly average now down to 33%. It also freed up cashflow to invest into our Ads expansion.

Through our Uniques process, we identified key opportunities for expansion within the account by launching more targeted advertising campaigns. This included implementing broader targeting strategies by utilizing exact terms in phrase and broad match to increase reach and visibility.

To enhance their ad strategy, we introduced Sponsored Brands campaigns to drive greater brand awareness. The current campaign structure relied heavily on exact targeting, which is effective for focused and organic ranking improvements. However, this approach often limits reach and misses opportunities to capture customer searching with slightly broader keywords or related terms, leading to fewer impressions, reduced clicks, and overall restricted campaign performance.

To address this and achieve our primary goal of increasing subscriber numbers, we launched a comprehensive strategy incorporating all ad types. This was paired with our Tiered System, which isolates top, middle, and low-performing campaigns, each with tailored targets. Additionally, we utilized our Analysis Tool (available for free on our YouTube channel) to compile top-performing search terms with precision, ensuring maximum campaign efficiency and reach.

For Marcos, we focused on optimizing the A+ Content across multiple products to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Although his brand was already utilizing A+ Content, we identified areas for improvement and implemented updated designs based on the results of thorough split testing. These updates allowed us to refine the content to be more visually compelling and emotionally engaging, effectively capturing customer attention while clearly highlighting the key features and benefits of his products. Marcos' main images and listing images for multiple products needed significant improvement to effectively showcase the products and their benefits. The main images lacked appeal, and the listing images were missing key information, including benefits and usage details. We stepped in to upgrade the main images, ensuring they were high quality and visually engaging to better represent the products. Marcos didn’t have a Brand Story in place, so we crafted one that captured the essence of his brand. We highlighted the origins of the company, the dedication behind its mission, and the meaningful connection it fosters with customers. This new addition brought a human touch to his listings, building trust and loyalty among shoppers. The Brand Story played a crucial role in enhancing customer confidence and driving higher conversion rates.

We designed an Amazon Storefront to solidify his brand's presence on the platform. The storefront not only enhanced his brand's visibility but also created opportunities for cross-selling by showcasing complementary products within his range. Additionally, we incorporated a dedicated page featuring his best-selling items, making it easier for customers to explore popular options and boosting overall conversions. With the Storefront now in place, we leveraged Sponsored Brand Ads to drive targeted traffic directly to the store, further increasing brand engagement and sales potential.

Back-to-Back Wins: Two Split Tests That Boosted CVR 

We enhanced the A+ Content by refining the visual hierarchy and creating a more engaging layout. This included highlighting key product features through a mix of high-quality product-only images and lifestyle visuals that resonate with the target audience. To improve clarity and usability, we reorganized the text blocks, ensuring that essential information stood out while maintaining a clean, cohesive design. Additionally, we strengthened brand presence by incorporating consistent branding elements, including updated color schemes and logos, to build trust and familiarity. These changes were aimed at improving customer engagement, making the product benefits clearer, and ultimately boosting conversion rates.

We applied our winning design layout and carried out similar enhancements to two separate products A+ Content, after carrying out a 6-week split test here are the results.

Version B showed a clear improvement over Version A across all key metrics. Units sold per unique visitor increased by 28.3%. The conversion rate improved from 15.8% to 20.3%, an increase of 28.5%. Total units sold rose from 82 to 108, reflecting a growth of 31.7%. Additionally, total sales revenue increased from £682 to £899, a growth of 31.7%. The results showed that there was a 74% chance that the new images (Version B) performed better than the old ones (Version A).

Version B delivered notable improvements compared to Version A. Units sold per unique visitor increased from 0.3 to 0.337, reflecting a growth of 12.3%. The conversion rate rose from 28.6% to 30.9%. Total units sold increased from 350 to 387, showing an increase of 10.6%. Additionally, total sales revenue grew from $3,490 to $3,854, resulting in a gain of $364. The results showed that there was a 73% chance that the new images (Version B) performed better than the old ones (Version A).

To improve the visibility and appeal of our product, we implemented strategic changes to the listing’s title and main image in Version B. For the title, we carefully added high-performing keywords, enhancing its relevance and optimizing it for search engine rankings. This change was designed to improve our product’s position in search results, making it more likely to be seen by potential customers. By focusing on popular and relevant keywords, we aimed to lead the SEO leaderboard and boost exposure in a highly competitive market.

In addition to title optimization, we enhanced the main image to create a more visually striking effect. We improved the background, adding a dynamic visual element that catches the eye. We also displayed color variations of the product within the main image, making it stand out more in search results and providing customers with a clear view of the options available. These visual changes were intended to make the listing more engaging and appealing, helping to attract customer interest and encourage them to explore the product further.

Over a 4-week period, The split test results reveal significant improvements with Version B over Version A. Conversion rate increased from 0.14% to 0.183%, representing a 31.14% rise, which contributed to a boost in units sold, from 231 to 329—a gain of 98 units, or 42.42%. Total sales also saw a substantial increase, jumping from €1,568 in Version A to €2,207 in Version B, marking a 40.82% improvement. Additionally, Version B attracted 93 more visitors than Version A, with a sample size of 135,151 compared to 135,058. These results underscore the effectiveness of the listing optimizations, driving both higher conversions and increased revenue.

These results demonstrated an 87% probability that Version B performed better, highlighting the success of our improvements.

When Alexander came to us, he was a one-man show. While having success in his ads management, he hit a plateau. He wanted a new approach and strategy to ads to push his business to the next level. 

→ Alexander explained that his current ACoS was too high and that anything over 20% was not good, before partnering he was running at a monthly ACoS of 23-25%. 
Upon auditing the account we could see overspending. → Being a replenishable product we aimed to boost our subscribe and save list by offering coupons of 5-10%, paired with Sponsored Display campaigns is crucial to engage and re-engage audiences who had previously viewed or purchased the product, along with both defensive - to protect our audience and offensive - to steal potential customers from our competitors. 
We applied our Uniques process to identify new opportunities for targeted advertising in both Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. By leveraging the unique keywords we uncovered, we expanded into additional ad types like Sponsored Brands to boost brand awareness. Targeting these terms in all match types widens our net while allowing us to have better control over our keyword discovery through Phrase and Broad match types.

→ Before our partnership, 84% of Alexander’s ad sales came from Sponsored Products campaigns, while the remaining 14% were generated from Sponsored Brands. At the time, over 90% of sales were driven by Auto and Product Targeting campaigns, with just 5% coming from Exact match types. Our goal was to increase sales from Exact match campaigns to improve organic ranking, while also expanding the use of Broad and Phrase match types

We focused on improving the user experience by adjusting the design layout and optimizing the product display. This new version (Version B) aimed to streamline the purchase process, making it easier for users to understand the products and make informed decisions. Additionally, we introduced elements that enhanced product visibility, encouraging engagement and boosting conversions. Our goal was to see if these changes could lead to a significant increase in sales and customer interaction.

Over the course of 6 weeks, we tested the new design layout (Version B) against the older version (Version A). The results showed significant improvements across multiple metrics. Units per visitor increased by 22%, from 0.009 to 0.011, while the conversion rate experienced a 24% boost, rising from 0.891% to 1.1%. This resulted in a 21% increase in units sold, with Version B leading to 251 units sold compared to 207 units in Version A. The total sales saw a 21% uplift, increasing from £1,722 to £2,088. Additionally, sales from search improved by 41%, from £424 to £599.

These results demonstrated a 77% probability that Version B performed better, highlighting the success of our design improvements.
