To enhance the product’s appeal and overall user experience, we implemented several key updates in our A+ Content. These changes focused on improving the layout by adding pops of color and creating a cohesive, visually pleasing design. The updated layout was aimed at drawing more attention to the product and making the listing easier to navigate for potential customers. Additionally, the new design elements were intended to create a more professional and polished presentation, setting the product apart from competitors.

Another significant improvement was the strategic highlighting of the product’s key benefits. By clearly showcasing the advantages and unique features, we aimed to better communicate the product’s value to shoppers. The split test results showed that these updates led to a 2.73% improvement in conversion rate, increasing from 1.26% in Version B to 3.99% in Version A. Additionally, units sold in Version A rose to 11 compared to just 3 in Version B, resulting in a difference of 8 units. The improved performance translated into a $377 increase in total sales, with Version A generating $520 compared to $142 in Version B. These results demonstrate how design and benefit-focused messaging can effectively enhance product visibility and drive better sales outcomes.

Marcos recognized that there was significant potential for growth, but was facing challenges in fully achieving the results they wanted. However, managing multiple marketplaces proved challenging due to limited time and bandwidth. Running ads effectively was a major pain point, as they lacked the time and support to dedicate 3-4 hours daily to PPC campaigns amidst family obligations and interruptions. To address this and achieve our primary goal of increasing subscriber numbers, we launched a comprehensive strategy incorporating all ad types. This was paired with our Tiered System, which isolates top, middle, and low-performing campaigns, each with tailored targets. Additionally, we utilized our Analysis Tool (available for free on our YouTube channel) to compile top-performing search terms with precision, ensuring maximum campaign efficiency and reach.

For Marcos, we focused on optimizing the A+ Content across multiple products to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Back-to-Back Wins: Two Split Tests That Boosted CVR 

We enhanced the A+ Content by refining the visual hierarchy and creating a more engaging layout. This included highlighting key product features through a mix of high-quality product-only images and lifestyle visuals that resonate with the target audience. To improve clarity and usability, we reorganized the text blocks, ensuring that essential information stood out while maintaining a clean, cohesive design. Additionally, we strengthened brand presence by incorporating consistent branding elements, including updated color schemes and logos, to build trust and familiarity. These changes were aimed at improving customer engagement, making the product benefits clearer, and ultimately boosting conversion rates.

We applied our winning design layout and carried out similar enhancements to two separate products A+ Content, after carrying out a 6-week split test here are the results.

Version B showed a clear improvement over Version A across all key metrics. Units sold per unique visitor increased by 28.3%. The conversion rate improved from 15.8% to 20.3%, an increase of 28.5%. Total units sold rose from 82 to 108, reflecting a growth of 31.7%. Additionally, total sales revenue increased from £682 to £899, a growth of 31.7%. The results showed that there was a 74% chance that the new images (Version B) performed better than the old ones (Version A).

Version B delivered notable improvements compared to Version A. Units sold per unique visitor increased from 0.3 to 0.337, reflecting a growth of 12.3%. The conversion rate rose from 28.6% to 30.9%. Total units sold increased from 350 to 387, showing an increase of 10.6%. Additionally, total sales revenue grew from $3,490 to $3,854, resulting in a gain of $364. The results showed that there was a 73% chance that the new images (Version B) performed better than the old ones (Version A).

To improve the visibility and appeal of our product, we implemented strategic changes to the listing’s title and main image in Version B. For the title, we carefully added high-performing keywords, enhancing its relevance and optimizing it for search engine rankings. This change was designed to improve our product’s position in search results, making it more likely to be seen by potential customers. By focusing on popular and relevant keywords, we aimed to lead the SEO leaderboard and boost exposure in a highly competitive market.

In addition to title optimization, we enhanced the main image to create a more visually striking effect. We improved the background, adding a dynamic visual element that catches the eye. We also displayed color variations of the product within the main image, making it stand out more in search results and providing customers with a clear view of the options available. These visual changes were intended to make the listing more engaging and appealing, helping to attract customer interest and encourage them to explore the product further.

Over a 4-week period, The split test results reveal significant improvements with Version B over Version A. Conversion rate increased from 0.14% to 0.183%, representing a 31.14% rise, which contributed to a boost in units sold, from 231 to 329—a gain of 98 units, or 42.42%. Total sales also saw a substantial increase, jumping from €1,568 in Version A to €2,207 in Version B, marking a 40.82% improvement. Additionally, Version B attracted 93 more visitors than Version A, with a sample size of 135,151 compared to 135,058. These results underscore the effectiveness of the listing optimizations, driving both higher conversions and increased revenue.

These results demonstrated an 87% probability that Version B performed better, highlighting the success of our improvements.

When Alexander came to us, he was a one-man show. While having success in his ads management, he hit a plateau. He wanted a new approach and strategy to ads to push his business to the next level. 

→ Alexander explained that his current ACoS was too high and that anything over 20% was not good, before partnering he was running at a monthly ACoS of 23-25%.

→ Being a replenishable product we aimed to boost our subscribe and save list by offering coupons of 5-10%, paired with Sponsored Display campaigns is crucial to engage and re-engage audiences who had previously viewed or purchased the product, along with both defensive - to protect our audience and offensive - to steal potential customers from our competitors. 
We applied our Uniques process to identify new opportunities for targeted advertising in both Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. By leveraging the unique keywords we uncovered, we expanded into additional ad types like Sponsored Brands to boost brand awareness. Targeting these terms in all match types widens our net while allowing us to have better control over our keyword discovery through Phrase and Broad match types.

→ Before our partnership, 84% of Alexander’s ad sales came from Sponsored Products campaigns, while the remaining 14% were generated from Sponsored Brands. At the time, over 90% of sales were driven by Auto and Product Targeting campaigns, with just 5% coming from Exact match types. Our goal was to increase sales from Exact match campaigns to improve organic ranking, while also expanding the use of Broad and Phrase match types

This new version (Version B) aimed to streamline the purchase process, making it easier for users to understand the products and make informed decisions. Over the course of 6 weeks, we tested the new design layout (Version B) against the older version (Version A). The results showed significant improvements across multiple metrics. Units per visitor increased by 22%, from 0.009 to 0.011, while the conversion rate experienced a 24% boost, rising from 0.891% to 1.1%. This resulted in a 21% increase in units sold, with Version B leading to 251 units sold compared to 207 units in Version A. The total sales saw a 21% uplift, increasing from £1,722 to £2,088. Additionally, sales from search improved by 41%, from £424 to £599.

These results demonstrated a 77% probability that Version B performed better, highlighting the success of our design improvements.

We focused on optimizing product images by implementing our own winning design layout that showcased the products more clearly and attractively. The color scheme was carefully enhanced to make the images more vibrant and better aligned with our brand’s identity. These adjustments were aimed at making the products not only more visually appealing but also easier to understand, ultimately building trust with potential customers and encouraging them to make a purchase.

The optimization of product images led to significant improvements in performance metrics. The Units Per Unique Visitor saw a 12.9% increase, moving from 0.062 to 0.07. The Conversion Rate improved by 16%, rising from 5.95% to 6.91%. Additionally, Units Sold went up by 15.8%, from 95 to 110 units, while Sales experienced a 15.1% growth, increasing by $419. These results clearly highlight the positive impact of the changes made to the product images on overall customer engagement and revenue.

Overall, the experiment provided considerable evidence of success, showing a 79% probability that the new images performed better.

We focused on adding clear, product-only images with an improved design layout that made the products more visually appealing and easier to understand. To make the images stand out, we enhanced the color scheme, making them more vibrant and in line with our brand’s identity. Alongside that, we also added lifestyle images while emphasizing our brand in the images to build trust and make the products more recognizable to our customers.

Over a 4-week period, we tested the new images (Version B) against the old ones (Version A). The results showed significant improvements. Units per visitor increased by 29%, from 0.095 to 0.124. The conversion rate saw a 36% boost, rising from 8.69% to 11.8%. We also sold 23% more units, with 69 units sold compared to 56 units previously. This led to an 18% increase in total sales, adding an additional $293.

Overall, there was a 90% probability that the new images performed better than the old ones, confirming that our approach to enhancing product visuals was successful.

A Winning Formula: 26% Increase In CVR

We focused on enhancing our product images by prioritizing clarity and visual appeal. This included using product-only images with a cleaner design layout to make the products stand out more effectively. To further grab customer attention, we updated the color scheme to be more vibrant and consistent with our brand’s identity. We also highlighted our brand within the images, aiming to build trust and improve recognition among potential customers.

The changes we implemented led to significant improvements across all key metrics. The units per unique visitor increased by 20%, rising from 0.005 to 0.006. Our conversion rate also saw a substantial boost of 26%, going from 0.432% to 0.543%. This resulted in 19% more units sold, with the total rising from 115 to 137. Additionally, the number of units sold from search jumped by 43%, from 42 to 60 units. These gains contributed to an 18% increase in total sales, adding $650, and a 40% rise in sales from search, with an additional $520. 

Overall, the experiment provided considerable evidence of success, showing an 86% probability that the new images performed better.

→ Upon auditing the account we could see overspending. Using our own campaign management processes and applying negatives, we began to cut non-performing targets and optimized our campaigns reducing their wasted spend. Lowering their ACoTS and ACoS straight out of the gate, with a consistent drop week-on-week for 8 weeks. 

→ Having only a few Sponsored Brand campaigns launched previously with little to no success and a high ACoS. We focused our expansion efforts on Sponsored Brands to grow brand awareness. Along with this, we launched Sponsored Display campaigns, having not launched this type of campaign before it is now a crucial part of our strategy taking up just over 25% of sales at a low ACoS. → As you may have worked out from above, Shaun's current setup relied majorly on Sponsored Product campaigns. Along with only 1 Sponsored Brands campaign with running at a loss. The current targeting was hugely focused on Auto and Phrase match types, we could see this with ease by our Analysis tool (which can be accessed for free on our YouTube channel and through this link) consolidated all the significant keywords with precise attention. 


Using that data we could utilize all our available channels with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. This widened net allows us to capture a broader market showcasing our product to a lot more potential customers. 

In a matter of weeks we were able to implement our winning formula, sticking to the agreed plan of action we had created through our auditing process. From this Shaun and his business are on track to a projected annual profit of over $32,200. We improved the image stack by focusing on product-only images, paired with our tried and tested design layout. Along with adding some more life to the images by improving the color scheme. We also incorporated lifestyle images and highlighted the product benefits. 

During these changes, we noticed a lack of brand focus so we emphasized the product's branding. By enhancing the color scheme, we made subtle yet impactful improvements. This, combined with our cohesive design layout, ensured that we shone the light on the product's branding and reinforced brand trust for our potential customers.

To prove we had the winning formula we carried out a Split-Test over 6 weeks. As the results show our improved images stood at a 69% probability that our Version B was better. This version saw an increase across the board with improved CVR, increases in units sold, and total sales for this product.

→ The account's advertising spend has been consistently efficient, maintaining low ACoTs. This indicated that the budget has not been overextended, leaving room to increase ad investment. By boosting the ad spend, the account can reach a broader audience, attract more leads, and enhance brand awareness. 

→ We implemented our Uniques process to uncover new areas for targeted advertising. Using the discovered unique keywords, we expanded their ad types, such as Sponsored Brands to increase brand awareness.

→ The current setup focuses a lot on exact match keywords, this is good for precise targeting and for higher conversions. However, relying solely on exact match keywords can lead to limited reach and missed opportunities. 

We expanded their ads by launching campaigns targeting both Phrase and Broad match types. This increased our visibility and impressions, allowing us to put our products in front of more potential customers than before. 

In addition to widening our net, we established our Tiered System to differentiate between high, moderate, and low performers, each with their unique targets. Our Analysis tool (which can be accessed for free on our YouTube channel and through this link) consolidated all the significant keywords with precise attention.

The previous title was missing some important keywords and benefits. However, we implemented our own approach by prioritizing the brand name and incorporating relevant keywords and benefits into the product title. As a result, customers recognized the product as a reliable brand, given that the brand name took precedence. Furthermore, by including pertinent keywords and benefits, we ensured the product was easily searchable on Amazon and that customers understood its worth.

We created 3D-rendered product photos to ensure the quality of the main image. The box was included to demonstrate to customers that the product is packed in premium quality packaging, while competitor’s products are not.

Additionally, we used lifestyle images to effectively illustrate the benefits and uses of the products. We enhanced customer understanding and trust by including a comparison photo that showcased how these products surpassed competitors, highlighting the use of high-quality materials. This approach empowered customers to make informed decisions and increased their trust in the product.

To make the product stand out among competitors, we crafted concise (not long), compelling bullet copy descriptions. These descriptions effectively showcased the product's relevant keywords, unique selling points, and benefits, while infusing a touch of creativity to engage customers. Additionally, we emphasized the brand's strong credibility by highlighting its extensive years of experience in the industry. These enhancements yielded noticeable results, allowing the brand's products to shine in comparison to competitors.

Upon brand registry approval, we began creating images for A+ Content. We established a brand identity with colors and fonts for consistency.

To further strengthen the brand credibility, we highlighted the origin of the products to emphasize their authenticity in the brand story. We included the entire product selection to showcase a comprehensive range of products and for cross-selling opportunities.

By utilizing the Amazon storefront page, we strengthened the brand's presence, capitalized on its features, and enhanced visibility. This presents an ideal cross-selling opportunity as customers easily explore the complete product selection. Additionally, we have a dedicated fold highlighting the captivating brand story, fostering customer engagement.

Understanding the importance of backend search terms for Amazon's algorithm and indexation, we took proactive steps to optimize this aspect. Using our advanced STR analysis tool, we identified the top-performing keywords. These keywords were then seamlessly integrated into the backend search terms to maximize search visibility and enhance overall performance

→ The current structure focuses more on exact targeting, which is good for focused and organic ranking purposes, but it may lead to limited reach and missed opportunities as your ads may not be shown to users who use slightly different variations or related search terms. This can result in lower impressions and potentially fewer clicks, limiting your overall campaign performance.

One of the main goals we had set was increasing the number of subscribers we had. To do this we launched campaigns targeting all ad types. We teamed that up with our Tiered System to isolate those top, middle and low performers campaigns each with their own set of targets, alongside using our Analysis tool (available free on our YouTube) to collate all the top terms with laser focus.

With the brand’s marketplace expansion, we also assisted them in creating content with translated text in German and French.

→ Carol's previous title was ok, but ok could always be better!. Using our own strategy we made some subtle changes that we know makes a positive impact in both visibility and CTR. 


Main Image + Listing Images → CTR & CVR
→ Carol's main image was not of high quality, with some of the listing images missing key information and benefits. It was also lacking a cohesive layout design and lifestyle photos. We stepped and focused on enhancing to main image to showcase to the product better. On top of that, we upgraded the listing images to illustrate the products benefits, ingredients and uses. 


Bullet Copy Description → CVR
→ The original product description was text heavy, with key relevant information missing. Updating this by providing a shorter but more informed bullet point description. This makes it easier for the customer to digest the correct information. This was coupled with highlighting the credibility of the brand by featuring its years in the industry, ensuring trust for the customer and standing out from the newer competitors.


A+ Content → CVR
→ Once Carol was brand registered we utilised Amazon's A+ Content. After carrying out a series of experiments, our team had figured out the winning formula! Our strategy was more emotionally engaging, grasping the customers attention while showcasing the important details and benefits of the product.


Brand Story → CVR
Using the Brand Story, we highlighted the companies founding, the passion behind the brand, and the personal connection the brand has with its customers thus reinforcing trust in the products. 


Amazon Store → CVR
Creating a Storefront strengthened the brands presence. It also opened up the opportunity to cross selling of other products belonging to the brand. To add we included a page where the customers can view the best selling products within the brand.  


Backend Search Terms → Impressions
Using our expert STR Analysis tool we were able to identify the highest performing targets keywords and incorporate them into the backend search terms for better indexation and optimal search visibility.

With it averaging 24% before and optimized down to 9%.

Raising from 18% previously to 24%, meaning 1 in 4 people who viewed the product purchased.

Profit increased by a whopping 78% for the month of July.
