Before partnering with us, his monthly ACoS was averaging around 56%. Upon auditing the account, we identified significant wasted spend. Using our campaign management processes and applying negative keywords, we eliminated non-performing targets and optimized his campaigns, significantly reducing our wasted spend. This resulted in a steady decline in ACoS, with their monthly average now down to 33%. It also freed up cashflow to invest into our Ads expansion.
Expansion
Through our Uniques process, we identified key opportunities for expansion within the account by launching more targeted advertising campaigns. This included implementing broader targeting strategies by utilizing exact terms in phrase and broad match to increase reach and visibility.
To enhance their ad strategy, we introduced Sponsored Brands campaigns to drive greater brand awareness. Additionally, recognizing the replenishable nature of their product, we utilized Sponsored Display Ads to effectively engage and re-engage audiences who had previously viewed or purchased the product.
Structure
The current campaign structure relied heavily on exact targeting, which is effective for focused and organic ranking improvements. However, this approach often limits reach and misses opportunities to capture customer searching with slightly broader keywords or related terms, leading to fewer impressions, reduced clicks, and overall restricted campaign performance.
To address this and achieve our primary goal of increasing subscriber numbers, we launched a comprehensive strategy incorporating all ad types. This was paired with our Tiered System, which isolates top, middle, and low-performing campaigns, each with tailored targets. Additionally, we utilized our Analysis Tool (available for free on our YouTube channel) to compile top-performing search terms with precision, ensuring maximum campaign efficiency and reach.
Conversion/Content (+SEO)
A+ Content → Enhanced CVR
For Marcos, we focused on optimizing the A+ Content across multiple products to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. Although his brand was already utilizing A+ Content, we identified areas for improvement and implemented updated designs based on the results of thorough split testing. These updates allowed us to refine the content to be more visually compelling and emotionally engaging, effectively capturing customer attention while clearly highlighting the key features and benefits of his products. The data from our split tests showed a marked improvement in performance compared to the original content, driving better results for his listings. Main Image + Listing Images → CTR & CVR
Marcos' main images and listing images for multiple products needed significant improvement to effectively showcase the products and their benefits. The main images lacked appeal, and the listing images were missing key information, including benefits and usage details. We stepped in to upgrade the main images, ensuring they were high quality and visually engaging to better represent the products. Additionally, we enhanced the listing images with a cohesive layout, incorporating clear visuals of the product's benefits and lifestyle photos to create a more compelling and informative customer experience.
Brand Story → Boosting CVR
Marcos didn’t have a Brand Story in place, so we crafted one that captured the essence of his brand. We highlighted the origins of the company, the dedication behind its mission, and the meaningful connection it fosters with customers. This new addition brought a human touch to his listings, building trust and loyalty among shoppers. The Brand Story played a crucial role in enhancing customer confidence and driving higher conversion rates.
Amazon Store → CVR
We designed an Amazon Storefront to solidify his brand's presence on the platform. The storefront not only enhanced his brand's visibility but also created opportunities for cross-selling by showcasing complementary products within his range. Additionally, we incorporated a dedicated page featuring his best-selling items, making it easier for customers to explore popular options and boosting overall conversions. With the Storefront now in place, we leveraged Sponsored Brand Ads to drive targeted traffic directly to the store, further increasing brand engagement and sales potential.
